Learned Society „Education” (Towarzystwo Oświatowe „Edukacja”)
In 1991 a group of like-minded parents and teachers formed an association with the aim of establishing a non-state school. And so TO “Edukacja” School was founded. It was registered on 25th of April 1991, the date we celebrate the anniversary of our primary and secondary schools.
History
Important historical facts:
| 1993 |
The building on 2/4 Inżynierska Street was purchased. T.O. “Edukacja” was the first non-state school in Lodz with its own premises. |
| 1994 | The school began using the most modern and sophisticated audio-visual lab in Lodz. |
| 1999 | The opening of the new Upper School. |
| 2004 |
Prince Józef Poniatowski was chosen as the patron of T.O. Edukacja schools. |
| 2005 |
The obtainment of the status of public utility. The realization of “Internet in every class” project. |
| 2006 | Opening of the School of Music. |
